Dear Friends of Jacquette "Jackie" Frazier,

Our dear friend Jackie went home to the angels on April 13, 2025. She is survived by her daughter Ashley and other family members, many of whom live on the other side of the country, in California. As we all mourn Jackie together, Jackie's closest friends, neighbors and other Takoma Park community members would like to offer support to Ashley, just the way Jackie always jumped in to help us.

To celebrate Jackie's life, remember Jackie's incredible contributions to our Takoma Park community, and to help Ashley, would you kindly consider making a donation to support Jackie's funeral preparations? Ashley will be the recipient of all funds.

Jackie's service will be held on Thursday, May 1st, 2025, at Sligo Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 7700 Carroll Avenue, Takoma Park, Maryland 20912. Viewing - 10:00am. Service - 11:00am. There will be no interment. All are welcome to attend.
