If you’re reading this, it means you’ve seen my TikTok video about creating a GoFundMe for those of you who wanted to help out.

Life has a funny way of throwing curveballs (sometimes more like watermelons ), and right now I’m in a strange country with strangers for a fellowship program at a university (For safety purposes, I am unable to disclose which country and which university)

The 2018 Ethiopian New Year will be my first ever holiday outside of my country with no family and friends, I haven't managed to get a job yet, and since a lot of you have been asking me on how to extend your support; and financial support goes a long way, I decided to ask for help this way.
