My name is Patrick Alina who knew Helena Stephens for over 23 years as a colleague, co-worker, mentor, friend, and most of all, family. I am just one out of countless people whom Helena's light touched. Helena was part of many communities both professionally and personally. She loved all people, places, and found beauty and peace in all things life presented. There are not enough words to describe the universe of her and how she made all of us all feel connected and loved.

I invite you to help us find a place to sit with her whenever we all need a place to be with each other, our community, or by ourselves. We would love to dedicate a park bench at the beautiful Bellevue Downtown Park in her memory and life.
