Celebrate Faithann's Life: Help with Funeral Costs

Donation protected
My heart breaks with the unexpected death of my Aunt, Faithann Dorothy Jones (MY BIRTHDAY BUDDY). The light that emanated from her is going to be severely missed. Faithann (lovingly referred to as Cheeny by all of her nieces and nephews) was the most compassionate, understanding, resilient, supportive, and empowering person I could ever have the honor of knowing. For years she suffered and still powered through schizophrenia and other mental illnesses and overcame afflictions. Faithann always had a pure soul. She could never speak ill about another person and she always made sure her family was taken care of and loved! Faithann Dorothy Jones was a creative and insightful woman. She always placed the happiness of others before herself. Over her short years, she had endured many trials and tribulations. Yet, she always persevered! She NEVER spoke ill of people, even if they had wronged her or those she loved. She only prayed and wished for the best.

Her strength and courage has, and will always, motivate me. She was a light and an inspiration in the darkest of times. The battles that she had in her head are unimaginable. Yet she always had a smile on her face and emanated love always and forever. I express this to you so you can feel the love and light that we as her family have always seen. She is and has always been one of God's soldiers. Cheeny was the best Aunt a child and young adult could ever have. The way she cradled the lives of us nieces and nephews was beautiful!

Even in her darkest days and hours, when the voices in her head were being tyrants and downright evil, she still made it her priority to give her entire family and friends respect and a good time.

Faithann was the embodiment of compassion. She was selfless. She has so touched everyone that she has ever met, and life would've been a travesty if we didn't get to see her, meet her, embrace her, love her, experience her.

Cheeny was my Nana's caretaker. She couldn't even fathom leaving her alone for a minute. My Nana was her number one priority. Cheeny was my best friend, my Mom's best friend, My Papa and Nana's best friend. She was my sisters' best friend. In fact, my one sister Aalyn's favorite person. I'd even go so far to say that she loved her more than anyone else in the world. She was my brother's best friend.

She was excited to spend this upcoming weekend celebrating her Father's, my Grandfather's, birthday. We had made plans of so many adventures and celebrations. I will still celebrate her in these times. Although I know she didn't want to miss all the things coming up, I find comfort in knowing that she is finally at peace. That she is home with God. God knew her beauty and called her home before any of us were ready. She will be missed.

I ask not just for monetary donations, but prayers as well. Any donation, no matter the size, will help to offset the cost of her funeral. I thank you in advance for anything you are able to help with.
