Celebrate Emmanuel's Life with a Dignified Farewell
Donation protected
My name is Desiree Peterson. I am a mom who has experienced the unthinkable. I never ever thought that so soon, I would be having this extremely devastating moment. My 21-year-old son Emmanuel is no longer with us: my firstborn. He was very kind-hearted and had a personality to draw people to him. He helped others even when he himself needed help.
I remember the moment I held him; he was so tiny, he looked like a toy, and I was a giant. He smelled so good. He had a little button nose at that time. At two weeks, he was following things with his eyes. He had great hand-eye coordination at an early age also.
Emmanuel was one who chose others over himself. I will miss his kisses on my forehead with his hands on both sides of my face. I know he was really loved, just didn't know it.
I cherish every moment I had with him, and I wouldn't trade it for anything. I'm so glad we had deep spiritual conversations about JESUS, and we did the Sinner's Prayer many times. I love how he trusted me to pray for him. Those times are most memorable.
I am needing funds for burial and a repast and all funeral needs. I want a casket service, something really nice, to send him on in dignity.
Thank you, everyone, for all the help.

P.S. It is also a desire of mine to take a break and do something wonderful for my youngest son that I have left to travel and show love to one another during this grievous time. Time to give self love and affection, and create memory for Emmanuel.
THANK YOU SO MUCH,
