Dear Ministry Friends,

This is to let you know our dear one Bill has gone to heaven on June 23, 2024. PTL! He was ready and we are rejoicing for him!

Time of Refreshing was one of many things Bill pursued, all beginning even before his commitment to full-time ministry. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, a Masters Degree in Science and a Doctorate Degree in Theology. He was a teacher and leader in Bible schools, a worship leader, writer, musician and so many other jobs in the ministry.

Our greatest joy together has been serving missionaries with the Time of Refreshing in many venues around the world, including Switzerland, Russia, England, Albania, Holland, and Turkey. What a challenge and what a joy!

We have always felt this calling to be a privilege to serve, counting ourselves blessed to do it.

My commitment still stands to bless and serve those on the mission field. Bill’s passing has not changed this. So, as I walk through this valley of grief, I ask for your prayers and support. And as I emerge on the other side, I will be seeking God’s direction on the next move for the Time of Refreshing.

A celebration of Bill’s life and ministry will be July 20th, 2024 at the Lighthouse Church in Midlothian, Texas. And as I understand, it will also be live streamed on Youtube.
