Havering Asian Social and Welfare Association has been celebrating Diwali in Romford Market, along with many other stakeholders, for the last 4 to 5 years. All sections of the local community have given very positive feedback to the event. This year has been very tough for small charities. So, we are raising money fro every possible way.
