Celebrate Connie Moraga's Life and Legacy

It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my beloved nana, Consuelo ‘Connie’ Moraga, on March 28, 2025. Nana Connie was a compassionate and devoted mother, sister, nana, and friend who left an incredible mark on the hearts of everyone she touched.

My nana , Connie, devoted her life to supporting family members affected by mental illness , touching countless lives through her selfless work. Her compassion and dedication didn’t stop there - it overflowed into her personal life, where she continued to make a profound impact on those around her.

In the midst of grieving the profound loss of their mother, Consuelo ‘Connie’ Moraga, my mother Regina and Nina Diane are facing the financial burden of the funeral expenses. To support them during this incredibly difficult time, I’m seeking help to alleviate some of this financial strain. We are eager to give Nana Connie the beautiful memorial service she deserves- celebrating her life, love, and lasting legacy. Your support would mean the world to us as we honor her memory and say our final goodbyes.
