He is survived by his loving sister, Jackie Vargas; his dear nephews, Alec, Anthony, and Nick; and his precious great-nephews, Aiden, Correy, Casey, Ollie, and Judah. Billy’s presence brought joy, comfort, and light to everyone he met, and his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
