Hi, I’m Stephanie Hoopes, an instructional coach in a small rural school district in Arizona. I’ve worked in education for over a decade, and I’ve seen the difference that dedicated teachers make—not just for one school year, but over the course of entire careers.

I’m raising funds to launch a Teacher Milestone Recognition Program that honors those educators who have committed years of their lives to our schools and students. These teachers don’t ask for recognition, but they deserve it.

The program is already set up to be sustained long term. I’ve secured funding to keep it going in future years. What I need now is help getting it off the ground. Start-up costs include custom gifts and engraving, including a special 25-year award: a personalized wall plaque that will be permanently displayed in the school as a visible reminder of an educator’s lasting impact.

Every dollar raised will go directly toward launching this program and making sure our longest-serving staff members feel appreciated in a meaningful, lasting way.
