With a heart full of sorrow, I share the passing of my beloved mother, Anna Mercado, who transitioned from this life on June 13, 2025. As her only child, this loss is deeply personal and incredibly painful. My mother was my everything—the initial source of my faith (my Eunice), my friend, and my heart.

On May 3rd, my mother was admitted to the hospital due to severe pain. Then on May 7th, she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and just three days later, she was released on home hospice care. During these 6 weeks, she lived with courage, love, and unshakable faith, continuing to encourage others from the bed of her affliction, until she could talk no more. She was fearless until the end, standing firmly on God's promises and the hope of miraculous healing even amid her suffering.

Now, I’m doing all I can to give her the celebration of life she deserves—a beautiful home-going celebration filled with love, honor, and faith.
