Celebrate Angela Carrington's Life

Donation protected
If you have seen a parade at any time in the last 30 or so years in Atlanta, you have seen Angela Carrington's colorfully costumed figure leading the Seed and Feed Marching Abominable Band with great spirit. Angela passed away unexpectedly in her sleep on Friday morning 1/17. Inman Park and many social groups feel her loss keenly. We will sorely miss our dancer, artist, storyteller, and teacher.

Following the Celebration of Life for Angela at 11:00 a.m. on February 15th at the Inman Park Church, there will be a party at the Trolley Barn from 12:15 - 3:00pm. Rather than ask Angela's family to incur the costs of this event, we are raising funds from the Inman Park neighborhood, the SFMA, the Inman Park Women's Potluck, the L5P Business Association, former Petites YaYa families, and anyone in the community who would like to participate.

There will be catered light bites and a bartending staff serving beer and mimosas.

The Trolley Barn is donating the venue space. Your donation will go towards staffing, food & drink and an honorarium to the Church.
