Debbie Eterno's retirement

If you’re reading this, you’ve crossed paths with Debbie Eterno while at BICL…whether leading Veeva call entry sessions in Phase one and two training or providing updates on the various Veeva processes… and especially on those occasions when one ran into Veeva/Concur issues: Debbie has been our go-to person. Offering to help with patience, kindness, and sincerity.

Having learned of Debbie’s upcoming retirement, I wanted to recognize what she brought to BICL and thank her. Thus, I thought those of us who benefited from her guidance can pool our funds and offer her a treat in appreciation of her positive contribution to our individual and collective well-being.
