Celebrate Abhi by funding his medical needs!

Abhi is our spunky little soon-to-turn 14 yr old son. Where shall I begin to talk about our darling Abhi? Should I talk about his big laugh, toothy grin, or his smile that runs a mile, melting the beholder’s heart? Or perhaps I should speak of his kind soul, his nimble hands as he rolls through rugged roads on his wheels. I can't make up my mind!

Our darling Abhi also has a congenital condition called Spina Bifida Myelomeningocele which has rendered him paraplegic. He lives life on a wheelchair. He is a spirited soul in a bruised body, but we do not lose heart. His mind carries him where his feet can’t! And we know there are wonderful things in store for our hopeful, spirited boy.

Abhi is going to celebrate his 14th birthday on October 28. For his birthday, we wanted to raise funds for some of his medical needs. Abhi is in need of a full-time nurse to take care of his hygiene needs while at school, and to help us at our home (he is a fast growing lad!). He has no insurance cover in India as almost all agencies have denied him one, so we require to raise funds for his monthly medical and therapeutic needs. This is where YOU come in.

If you wish to celebrate this dear little boy or wish him on his birthday, a small token of your love may be sent towards the funds. If you have loved Abhi and wish to support his cause, do think of setting apart some funds for his welfare. And even if you don't know him but wish to champion him, please spread the word and love around! We want to see hearts moved towards him so that Abhi feels celebrated on this special occasion.
