It's 2025! We've reached a remarkable milestone—25 years of empowering young athletes!
Back 2 Basics Academy is incredibly proud of our thousands of alumni, our hundreds of current players, and the community that has supported us throughout the years.
As we celebrate this legacy, we’re raising $50,000 to ensure our 25th year is our best yet.
We're breaking our goal down and look to raise $6,000/month each month until the end of 2025.
Your support will help us:
- Fund AAU/travel basketball for 10u, 12u, 13u, 14u, middle school girls & high school boys
- Full & partial scholarships for basketball summer camps in the Poconos
- Summer basketball leagues and life skills workshops
- Strengths, conditioning, skills training for college student athletes home for the summer
- Back 2 School and empowerment forum and boot camp
- High school teams for teens ineligible to play at their school
Our costs always include and your donation always helps us pay for:
- Gym rentals to ensure that our players have a safe and consistent space to grow.
- Tournament fees so our teams can compete at the highest levels.
- Uniforms so every player can proudly represent B2B.
- Insurance and upkeep for our team van—a crucial lifeline for team travel.
- Stipends for coaches and trainers, ensuring that we attract the best mentors.
For 25 years, B2B has been about more than basketball. We've been a community, a safe space, and a launching pad for young people to build confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose. Through basketball and beyond, our dedicated staff and coaches have helped over 85% of our alumni go on to college, with many playing at collegiate and professional levels.
