Ceiling collapse - Inhumane living conditions

Donation protected
I have been dealing with an in-humane situation in my apartment for quite some time. Anytime there's an issue, the real problem is never fixed. On Wednesday, May 25th, at approximately 11:00am, my ceiling in the living room started leaking. I called Housing Authority immediately, and was assured that a work order was done for someone to come out and check it. I put out buckets to catch the water. No one ever shows up. So, on Tuesday, May 31st, at approximately 9:05pm, I hear lots of water falling. I run into my living room, and at that moment, the ceiling come crashing down. Again, I immediately called Housing Authority, being that this should be considered an emergency. I was told that the maintenance guy needed to consult his supervisor to see what she wanted him to do. I didn't get a call back. In the meantime, water is still leaking in my apartment. For a whole 21 hours, it still leaked in my apartment. My living room and kitchen was flooded. On June 1st, at approximately 6:07pm, two contractors from James Unlimited showed up stating that they was there to stop the leak. They picked up the ceiling pieces and as much water as they could with my broom, dustpan, and garbage can. The ceiling was not covered up to keep any pests from coming inside the apartment. I literally hears rats or something in the walls. And no fans or dehumidifiers was brought in. I asked them what I needed to do next. I was informed that there was nothing for me to do. They would get with Mr. Coleman to see how he wanted them to proceed. I spoke with Ms. Johnson, the property manager, of the S. Van Buren office on Wednesday morning. She assured me that she would get me placed somewhere else until this situation can be rectified. I haven't heard from her about placing me somewhere. Today, on June 6, at 8:07am, I contacted Housing Authority once again about their plans to place me somewhere else while the repairs are done. The office clerk, Ms. Holloway advised me that there was no intentions of me being moved. She said as soon as she gets off the phone with me that she'd contact the lead maintenance guy to get in contact with a contractor to do the job. And she was supposed to call me back. I have yet to hear from anyone.
There's also mold growing in my bathroom. There's a big gaping hole in the wall. The electrical wiring there is horrific. You can plug something up in two jacks, and plug something into a third jack, you're guaranteed to hear some frying.
Tell me what should I do in this situation. A person can only take so much.
