Cecille Flores Vitug -- beloved sister / mother / grandmother / aunt -- recently received a life-threatening diagnosis of 'Severe Necrotizing Pancreatitis.' If left untreated immediately, she will become septic, and die.
Cecille has never once consumed any alcohol but is now fighting for her life at Chinese General Hospital (Manila, Philippines), with a medical condition that should never have been associated with her.
Although she is the primary breadwinner in the family, it is almost financially impossible for her closest and even extended family to put together the funds needed to have this addressed immediately. Cecille is a 'SPED' (Special Education) teacher and is a loyal and dedicated leader with the Boy Scouts of the Philippines organization. She willingly opts to spend her free time volunteering with our mentally-challenged Filipino children, being present for them and helping them to love and enjoy lives that most of us take for granted.
