My daughter, Cecilia, passed away on 6/1/25, the day after our beloved rescue cat, Ripple. She was a life-long animal lover & advocate who wanted to maintain ongoing support for Feral Cats of East Windsor for their selfless work managing feral cat communities in & around Hartford County.
