Cecilia Medical Fund

This is my younger sister Cecilia Owuor. She is the lovely wife to Bill Owuor. She is a great mother of two children, a sister, a friend and most of all a beautiful soul. Chebet is the kind of girl who easily connects with people.
Her infectious smile and warm spirit has gained her friends from all circles.
She has been suffering from
rheumatoid arthritis for over 10 years.
This worsened in June this year where she had to undergo surgery at St.
LUKES HOSPITAL ELDORET. She developed a clot in her brain and was
in ICU for over three weeks. Through God's grace she recovered and was
discharged. Since then she developed tracheal stenosis due to the prolonged
intubation in ICU and needed another surgery. This was done on the 2nd of
October 2016 and after 6 hours she had a
part of the trachea removed and was in
ICU for a few days.
Her Medical bill at Nairobi Hospital is
over 2 million shillings (AUS $27500)and growing...
unfortunately the insurance has bailed
saying it was a pre-existing condition.
