Emergency relief fund for Ceci-Cela workers.
In this very uncertain time, we are trying our best to stay open to supply for our loyal customers as well as keep our staff safe. As many of you know, NYC businesses have been ordered to limit business to take out/ delivery due to COVID-19. Our priority is to be able to support our staff during this hard time while keeping them safe and doing our best to provide for the community.
Since the shutdown, Ceci-Cela has experienced extreme losses in business (up to 75%) leaving us to make difficult choices. We are asking for donations to be able to keep our employees supported during this difficult time- that along with many of you- hoping ends soon. Our full-time staff, who may of you have gotten to know over the years, have families to support and we are hoping that this fund will supplement their losses.
We appreciate any and all donations - large donations will not go unnoticed and will be acknowledged with compensation when business resumes as usual. Any remaining funds will be used to support our community in any way we can(supplying for first responders, medical workers, homeless services like the Bowery Mission etc.).
We love our community, we love our staff and will get through this together - one step at a time <3
