For Emily

Emily Gonzales, one of the last fruits of my family, has passed away along with her hopes, her dreams and her future.  She had half of high school left to go to college and get her science engineering degree. She had three of her best friends to look forward to see in the spring semester, and four dogs that were excited to greet her in the morning with jumps and kisses. It will never be the same for her mom when she wakes up and has to go to work. It will never be the same for when there is a family reunion she's there talking to us about how hard classes are and how she still dreams to get her brothers from El Salvador here. She promised me she would walk across the stage This year, she had a promising future filled With Love, support and growth. Despite having her siblings back in Our home country, Emily Was Her mother's diary, her partner in crime, her secratary and joy To Live another day. Emily Was a spark of happiness and innocence everywhere she went. Emily Was a healing aid for My grandmother when she Lost a daughter all those years ago. She Was My mini me growing Up and she always will be. Our time With This drop of pure sunshine Was cut too short from us but her impact and smile will always be cherished and remembered for The rest of Our lives. We will Live Life and experience It's triumphs, trials and trajedies for her from This point foward. We will forever carry her Sweet Angélic name With pride and joy. We will always Remember and honor The Life of Emily Ángel Gonzales. Dejo atras tres de sus mejores amigas qual estava Allegre de ver para tras de classes de primavera, y Cuatro Perros que estavan felices de empezar su mañanas con Brincos y besos. Nunca sera Igual para su Madre quando Ella se Levanta para ir a trabajar. Nunca sera Igual cuando hay reuniones de familia y Ella nos diria que dificil son sus classes y Como Ella Sueña de ver sus hermanos de El Salvador aqui. Ella me prometio que Iva a caminar en su Graduacion, Ella tuvo un futuro lleno de amor, supporte y carácter personal. Aunque ella tenía sus hermanos pa tras en El Salvador, para su mamá Emily era su Diario, su compañera de crimen, su Secretaría y felicidad de amar y vivir otro día. Emily fue un rallo de felicidad y inocencia dondequiera que ella fue. Emily fue una ayuda emocional para mi Abuela Quando perdió una hija todo esos años pa tras. Quando fuimos chiquitas ella era mi mini mi y siempre será. Nuestro tiempo con esta cachito de Sol fue cortado muy corto pero su sonrisa y impacto está con nosotros para el resto de nuestras vidas. Viviremos para ella las experiencias de Triunfo, triales y trajedias para ella de este punto ahora. Siempre cargaremos su Dulce Nombre Angelico con Orgullo y felicidad. Siempre vamos a recordar y honrar la vida de Emily Ángel Gonzales.
