Rentz Family

Hi, my name is Abigail and I am acting on behalf of the Rentz family.

On the eve of November 13th, 2021 Shelby Rentz , a 27 year old mother of four, regrettably lost her battle with a rare form of cancer called distal epithelioid sarcoma just days after giving birth via emergency C-section to her youngest daughter Millie (born three months premature). She is survived by her husband Matthew, her son Kaiden (7 yo), her twin daughters Lizzie and Scarlett (5 yo) and Millie her youngest daughter (1 wk.). Shelby spent just over three weeks in the hospital where she was diagnosed, gave birth and passed away. She fought tenaciously and resiliently to come back to her family until her last breath. The family is in need of any contributions you can give to help cover medical costs for both Shelby and Millie (as she will continue to remain in the NICU for the foreseen future), funeral costs and childcare assistance.
