Laura and Joe McGrane welcomed their first baby, Liam McGrane into the world on January 20th, 2016.  They knew he would be born with a heart condition but had every hope that he would have surgery and live a normal life.  Liam went through extensive testing and the doctors found other issues including Tetralogy of Fallot and DiGeorge Syndrome.  Liam passed away on January 22nd, 2016.   An autospy will be performed to further confirm Liam's diagnosis.
Laura and Joe are now faced with having to plan a funeral for their first baby and finding a new normal.  During this extremely difficult time, we would like to help them out with funeral expenses, medical bills, counseling and cover their living expenses while they heal.
