My friend, Dan Hollister, being the ever adventurous man that he is, met his match in a snowboarding accident in Idaho. This left him with a broken pelvis and many weeks of recovery time. He is recuperating in Kansas with his mom, Gina. Dan has no health insurance to cover any of his expenses. 

So, dear people, I am setting up this site for those of you who wish to help him cover the costs of the hospital stay and possible physical therapy, not to mention the fact that he will be out of work for many weeks. 

Even if you have never met this young man, please consider contributing to his recovery. He has helped so many of us with work in our gardens and homes. His hard work ethic and genuine demeanor are precious to those of us who know him.
