Help for Halley

I recently lost my husky/malamute, Hubble to progressive cancer and then adopted this beautiful rescue puppy last week, Halley. Unfortunately, she was exposed to Parvovirus in her foster home. This weekend she began experiencing symptoms and was admitted to the veterinary hospital in the Kansas City area. She remains inpatient and is undergoing treatment to get better.

Sadly, when I purchased a Wellness Plan for her, I did not envision she would be so sick so early in life and my plan does not cover her hospital fees. I would hate to have to withdraw care and lose a second dog in a month's time - especially as a frontline health care worker who has seen so much loss in the past few months.

If you are willing and able to help cover her growing medical costs, I would very much appreciate it, as would Halley.
