Medical Bills

We all have been affected in many ways this year. People lost jobs, loved ones,  and even their sense of security.  I don't normally ask for any help, but it's not for me, it's for this guy right here. My Grandfather. If you ever met him, you'd never forget the moment that you did. 

In the middle of this pandemic, unfortunately he fell out of his bed, which led doctors to find an infection in his hip. After going through intense physical therapy for many months, his insurance ran out. Paying out of pocket for homecare because he was too afraid to be put into a nursing home/rehab facility during these hard times.  Finally after hard work, and a lot of money, he was able to walk on his own with a little help from a walker. 

Well, this all sounds like good news, but two days before Thanksgiving he found out the infection was back and was immediately scheduled for hip surgery on December 2nd. Starting back at the beginning, literally at step one. 

This goal isn't nearly a dent at what my Grandfather has spent, but anything will help. This Christmas I want to give my Grandfather the best gift ever. More physical therapy and the ability to help him walk again.
