Help Bring My 9 Year Old Granddaughter Home

Al hamdulliah, Allah has allowed the community to aid our family during this difficult time. Al hamdulliah, with the money raised on a previous campaign, we had enough funds to get a criminal lawyer for my daughter's criminal case. Jazaku Allahu Khirun for aiding another Muslim. Next, since the other party told many lies to judges in 3 different jurisdictions; Criminal, Family, and Child support, we need a lawyer for each case, to sort out his web of lies, Subhanallah. The criminal was the first case that the lawyer had to tackle because we can not move on to regain custody of my granddaughter until the judge dismisses the criminal case.
Al alhamdulillah, The Criminal Judge, did lift the bond of my daughter so that she can resume Supervised visitation with granddaughter. However, the other party refuses to allow granddaughter to see her mother. My daughter did have a hearing with The family court to try to hold the other party in contempt on 08/06/20. However, the other party moved, and he would not give My daughter his new address. Therefore, since the party did not update his address, We could not have him served, so he did not show up for court. We did not have a lawyer for this court appearance, and we did not know what to do. So the judge informed daughter that she filed the wrong papers; May Allah grant us what we need to win Granddaughter back in court, Ameen.
Ma sha Allah, the criminal case is moving along. In sha Allah, On 09/02/ 2020, My daughter has a scheduled date to see the criminal judge for a second time for an Announcement. Our lawyer mentioned that the Criminal judge might dismiss the case due to the numerous (proven) lies that the other party has told against My daughter. I want to ask that you all please make du'a that Allah will allow the judge to dismiss this case so that we can get into the Family Court for custody.
Only Allah can send the help, and we pray that Allah will put in the hearts of the people to aid our family, Ameen. We want to request that the Umma please aid us financially once more so that we can hire our lawyer to represent my daughter in Family court; the Lawyer fee is $5000. We are also willing to pay back a loan without interest if you know someone willing to lend us the money, in Sha Allah. Ma Sha Allah, my daughter is working. But due to the lies that the other party has told the Attorney General's Office, child support division, my daughter's has to pay child support to the other party. Therefore, her wages are being Garnished. The Attorney General office has also taken my daughter's 2018 and 2019 Income tax checks and Her Stimulus check. Furthermore, my daughter lives in GA, and my granddaughter is in Texas; therefore, my daughter must pay for travel to try to see my granddaughter. So with all of my daughter's financial restraints, she cannot save up for a lawyer. Qadra Allahu Masha Fa'al, Our family, has aided in this case as much as we could financially.
Note: Al hamdullialh, the Attorney General judge, has placed all the money on hold because they suspect that the other party has lied to them as well. Therefore, they are waiting until we get into the Family court to see who will have custody over my granddaughter before they release the funds. We pray that Allah Subhanahu wa-ta'ala", would place in the hearts of the Umma once more to assist our family during this trying time, Ameen. My 9 year old granddaughter is in need of a Lawyer.
In July 2019, my 9-year-old granddaughter was snatched from my daughter by Duluth County Police. My Muslim granddaughter was given to her disbelieving father (he has not right to my granddaughter according to the Quran and Sunnah) and his mother, by Texas Courts. However, my daughter was never served any papers, nor has a Texas Judge heard her Case. My granddaughter has only lived with her mother her entire life, but now these people have not allowed my daughter to see my granddaughter for almost a year now (my granddaughter is so sad and stressed out, but she was extremely happy when she was with her mother). Furthermore, the father moved for the second time, and he will not give my daughter his address so that she could visit my granddaughter when the time comes, in sha Allah. They are in violation of court orders.
Unfortunately, our family is not able to afford a lawyer, but we are in desperate need of one, because:
The father has a lawyer, and
This is a very complicated case due to all the lies that were given to the courts by the father and his lawyer.
The last court date to decide who will get custody of my granddaughter was
supposed to be on May 26, 2020, but the court date was changed to an
unknown future date. However, the courts have decided to give these people permanent custody of my granddaughter, but my daughter was never served papers, nor was she in court when they made their decision. So, we need a lawyer to get the case opened back up, so that my daughter could have a fair hearing in front of a different Judge, biitnillah. The cost for the Lawyer is at least $5000 (but due to the seriousness of the case, it could cost more) with the retainer fee of $2,500.
I pray that Allah would allow you all assist our family during this extremely difficult time, so that we could get my Muslim granddaughter away from these disbelieving
people, Ameen.
