Hi, my name is Kate and i’m making a go fund me to try and raise money for my 2 year old dog Marty’s CCL surgery. Last week we noticed he was limping on his back right leg and wasn’t putting any weight on it. We ended up taking him to the vet and they told us they were going to have to have X-rays done due to him possibly having a ligament tear. They said it was possibly a CCL tear which is like a ACL tear in a person. Once we had the X-Rays done they said that he had torn both ligaments in both knees. They told us for both legs it would be around $10,000 for the surgery, about $5,000 for each leg possibly more. He will also need months of physical therapy as well. For now he needs to stop being the crazy, playful, and rambunctious dog he is and rest until his surgery in March. My family and I would be very grateful for any support. Anything is greatly appreciated ❤️ All donations will go towards Marty’s surgery and only the surgery.
