HELP: CCFA team challenge

Well hello everyone. For those of you who don't know CCFA is the Chron's and Colitis Foundation. I personally suffer from Ulcerative Colitis and not many people really understand how debilitating this illness can be. Both Chron's and Colitis are chronic health conditions that have landed hundreds of thousands of people (including myself) in the hospital. At one point when I was supposed to be growing and developing like everyone else, I was a meesly 78 pounds and 4 feet 9 inches tall. After misdiagnosis and mistreatment I finally found a doctor who literally saved my life. At one point I was so sick, I couldn't keep my eyes open for more than 15 minutes, I was unaware of my anemia, and the 15 minutes I was awake I was in the bathroom. Chron's and Colitis have no cure and I as well as my mother will be walking to find a CURE. I have developed into a healthy young women, who at times is still affected by her illness but it is managable. Other people who suffer do not have the ability to "manage" their condition they may need to undergo surgery or find a way to live with their side effects comfortably. It is no way to live, and we NEED to find a cure. So I ask you to please help me and my mother find a cure.
