Hi, my name is Maria Mena and I am fundraising for my little brother Luis. Luis is 17 years old with Down Syndrome, who also has several health complications. On November 15th, he will have to go under a major surgery for his hip (Hip Dysplasia) which will be a long and a high risk surgery due to his health complications. This will help us cover all medical expenses that are not covered, during his 2 month recovery where he will have to be under 24/7 supervision care.
