When you've hit rock bottom n can't pay your bills

Hi I'm Tyler, recently had a car accident and had a seizure while I was driving, had my car window smashed in by EMS because my doors were locked and there was no other way for them to get in and help me as I was unresponsive and then was taken to the ICU where I was there for 9 days 3 of those days with a tube down my throat and unresponsive and practically was in a coma, haven't been able to work for 3 weeks due to recovery and haven't been able to get my vehicle back yet, because of insurance reasons, plus there's some damage to my truck, emotionally a wreck because I have $0 to my name and can't pay my bills, so really overwhelmed and just trying to get my life back in order so I can live life again. Fortunately, by the grace of God, no one else was involved in the accident. Any support would absolutely be a blessing at this point because at this point it seems as if I've hit rock bottom. Not being able to pay for essentials such as rent, electricity, and groceries is super stressful and very overwhelming, any help would truly help lift some burden off my shoulders and allow me to sleep better at night. Behind in most of all my bills because haven't worked in over 3 weeks and was already behind before that then my car accident happened and set me back that much more and it's gonna take money even after insurance; it's gonna cost a lot to get my truck fixed. This gofundme is also to help me pay some of the medical bills that I've acquired during this time which are probably in the 100k range which I'll never be able to pay off, so you can imagine the stress I'm under at this time.
