On May 16th, our house was hit by a tornado which did HORRIBLE damage to the house. Our landlord hasn’t and will not work on the house so the damage is only getting worse as the weather changes. Soon it will be December which the house is not suitable for that type of weather. It’s barely suitable for living now. Typical apartments are around 700+, We have looked into apartments and heard back from only one so far as long as seen the apartment. (11/11/25) Raising money to help when/if we find a place for down deposit, first months or something to help us once we are starting out, if all comes to worse. An Airbnb/hotel for the cold times.
