Funeral expenses for omar

Dear family, friends and anyone who reads this message. We need your help. Omar, my cousin, is facing one of the hardest battles of his life. He was recently diagnosed with acute leukemia, a type of blood cancer. He is only 29 years old, so the news was shocking and completely unexpected. Omar and his wife, Lupita, are pregnant, after struggling with infertility, and were full of joy preparing for the arrival of their miracle baby boy this August. He is in the hospital undergoing treatment now and probably most of August, away from his wife and baby.

Omar started his first round of chemo just days after his 29th birthday. He is receiving care at Kadlec Regional Medical Center near Kennewick, WA where he has lived with his wife for years. Omar grew up in The Dalles, OR. He was raised by a single mom and grandparents, after his dad passed away as a child. Sadly, just last year we also lost both our grandparents to Covid 19.

As you can see, Omar is no stranger to overcoming life's challenges and heartaches. Although he is strong and fighting to beat this cancer, the road will be difficult, and he will need all the support he can get. Lupita can no longer work since she is due soon and is at the bedside daily supporting Omar. I know finances are tough for everyone right now, but I am asking for your help in covering at least part of their mounting debt and medical expenses.
