Help Save this 99 yr old historical landmark from demolition this spring! Built in 1916 , the former St.Alphonsus Catholic Church is slated to be demolished this spring . She over looks the enterance to the Sydney Harbour , and was a beacon of hope  for  soldiers & sailors in WW1 & WW2. She is located in the rural area of  Victoria Mines , Cape Breton, Nova Scotia , Canada .Please donate , as every dollar raised will help save her . No donation is too small . Lets all save a part of history . Funds will be used to repair & restore this icon. All funds donated will be sent to the Stone Church Restoration Society .
