My granddaughter Lennox Storm Romo was born early at just 31 weeks and 5 days. At Lennox's 20 week anatomy scan it was discovered that she had an enlarged ventricles holding excess spinal fluid in her brain. She was diagnosed with severe ventriculomegaly/hydrocephalus. This is being caused by a misformed structure in her brain that may come with future, unknown health issues. This condition along with her premature status will require multiple surgeries to remove the excess fluid to take pressure off of her developing brain. This will be a continued up hill battle, but our hopes our high. Baby Lennox continues to amaze us everyday and continues to beat all expectations. We all know how medical expenses can be a burden and how stressful they are. Jaden and Tylee are amazing people who always put their family first.
