Early New Years morning, our friends family recieved devastating news. Their father has died in an accident involving a drunk driver. Peter, a godly family man has gone to be with Jesus, leaving behind a loving wife, 12 children and many grandchildren. Please support them in this sorrow with your prayers and contributions. 
 
  Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. Jacob 1:27

In the words of his children:
"Please keep my family in your prayers. My father was a true warrior for his family. I can't express in words my feelings. He was such a strong support and pillar in my life. He told me when I should change my ways, helped me avoid many pitfalls in life, taught me how to work hard and be successful, showed as a living example how to take care of his family and those around him, loved my mother sincerely and creates a massive unfulfilled space in our family. In the 31 years of marriage to my mother I have never seen a single argument between them and nothing but compassion and love. How many can say this? Not a single argument!

He was a true man of God, he never complained and worked to his last morning. He was on his way home from work, stopped by my house to tend to my dog while we are out of town. On the way home he didn't make it by 4 miles, taken away from us by a drunk driver who was dealing with the law on prior issues. A family of my mother and 12 children are left ranging from 30 years old to Violet at 9 years old."
