Cuban Boxing Academy Lockdown Boxing Sessions

We are a boxing club in North Kensington, West London. Sadly due to lockdown we have had to close our club but we would like to carry on activities in a different approach . Therefore we have created online Zoom boxing sessions to help everyone to stay fit and healthy in a safe environment. We will be running 3 sessions per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 10am) throughout the lockdown.  The program will help to achieve the solid foundation of boxing in terms of technique, physicality and psychology and will be suitable for all levels.

We are all going through the difficult times at the moment and we understand that some people may struggle mentally or financially. We would like our sessions to be accessible to everyone and therefore we decided not to charge for the sessions. Instead, we have created this page where we welcome donations at your own discretion. All your help will go towards keeping our club alive whilst we are in lockdown.
