Hello, my name is Dallin. My wife, two kids ( 4 year old daughter and 2 and half year old son) and I, are going through the an extremely tough time right now. It started in mid November when my wife was experiencing major pain in her abdomen so she went to the ER to see what was wrong. They found small benign cysts on her ovaries but the doctors said there’s ultimately nothing they could do and that the cysts might shrink over time. A week later my wife began experiencing crippling pain in her chest and back so she went to the ER again. The doctors discovered she had stones in her gallbladder but told us there was nothing they could do but provide pain medication or remove the gallbladder. During the few weeks following she kept experience the same excruciating chest and back pain that not even strong pain meds could relieve. Due to the pain we decided it was best to remove the gallbladder. Also during all of this my wife was unemployed and without medical coverage. She did find a job a shortly before I (her husband) started this go fund me but she won’t have any coverage until January next year. On top of all the medical visits my wife was involved in a car accident, luckily no one sustained any major injuries but her air bags went off and the car was essentially totaled, it was sent to a repair place but we don’t know if it can be fixed at this time. Thankfully I still have a car but it makes it a challenge getting us both to work. Today (12/11/23) as I'm making this she will be getting the gallbladder removed so she will be out for a few weeks and we will struggle to pay next months rent and the medical bills as well for every ER visit and for the gallbladder surgery itself. I know we are nearing Christmas and are currently deep in the holiday season so expenses may be tight for most people but our situation is dire and any help, no matter how small, is eternally appreciated. Thank you for taking time out of your day to read our story.
Much love
~Dallin
