Jennifer has been fighting cancer for 5 years, since her daughter was a little over a year old. With the support of her husband, family, and friends, she has fought fiercely against this disease. At this time, Jennifer has decided to transition to palliative care and she wants to be discharged home so that she can spend quality time with her young daughter and husband. However, Jennifer now requires 24 hour care, which is not covered by her insurance.
