After 15 years working in the rum community, I’m taking a big leap and venturing out on my own. I’ve been incredibly lucky to work with some of the best spirits on the planet, travel to wonderful places, and meet amazing people and communities around the world. Now, I’m not going far. I’m returning to my hospitality roots and opening my own food and beverage concept. This next chapter is deeply personal to me, and I’m excited to build a space that reflects everything I’ve learned along the way.
