Cayman 51 & 52 Family for Denis

As many of you already know, our good friend Denis was rushed to the hospital just before New Year's with a blood clot in his brain the required immediate surgery.  This was a side effect of a car accident that Denis had previously had that already led to time out of work and surgery on his wrist.  We all LOVE Denis as a person and he has been a fantastic Activities Director, both in creating new fun for us and in clearing the way for us to maintain and enhance the events and traditions that we have built ourselves.  He has been a great partner, leader and friend who has made our lives and our yearly extended family vacation together much, much better.  He now faces additional medical bills and additional un paid time off from work.  I did some digging into what that will all cost him, and while fortunately the outstanding Medical bills are relatively small ( a couple of thousand dollars), the unpaid recovery time is the big hit.   All told, if we could pull together to get close to our goal of $10,000 it would be a big help to our friend.   I will kick us off by starting out with 10% of goal.   No amount is too small - if everyone just gave something it would make a big difference.   I know that a number of us were able to visit Denis in the hospital and the Renners and a few others have already asked for this to be set up so that they can help, so the support is already there.  Please help and let Denis know that we are there for him as he is always there for us!
