Hi. I'm June. I have a lovely wife, Cay, and two cute little cats, Lucy and Pringle.

I have been unemployed since I was laid off back in November. I worked in agriculture and Cay teaches music. We just found out that my EI (unemployment insurance) has run out and we will not be able to pay rent or any of our other bills this month. We were just barely scraping by and have been taking out cash loans to help pay our bills. We have no way to pay this off. My family has been extremely distant and hostile towards me since I came out to them in July of 2025.

We have no where to go. We are at risk of being evicted soon.

I was hesitant to ask for help, but I am humbly asking for whatever anyone can spare to help us stay in our little apartment and not be on the streets. The good news is, I do have a full time job lined up in a few months that will help us tremendously. I do not know exactly when I start, but it will be enough to keep us going once I do start. Whatever we receive will be used to pay for our rent, bills, and debts. If there is any way we can repay you for helping, we will see that it happens.
