Zook Kidney Transplant

Chuck Zook received a devistating diagnosis while wife, Shelby was pregnant with their second child.  He has had to take time off work due to his illness and must take even more once a donor has been identified/transplant surgery scheduled.  I ask that you donate monetary funds to help them through this.  Any amount will help...ANY!  If you cannot donate money, please consider kidney donation.  And ALWAYS, ALWAYS keep them in your prayers!  They are a young family full of joy, laughter, and strength.  Can you help out in some way?
