Caverly Christmas House Fire

On Christmas night we lost everything to a garage fire. We lost our three vehicles. While the fire appears to be kept to the garage and the front of the house there is so much smoke damage. Myself, James, and our six babies (three human and three fur babies) made it safe and our amazing friends and neighbors rushed to our aid.

We are still processing everything and it fully hasn’t hit us yet. Our children are 12, 9, and 8. Our first home we purchased and built. We have each other but lost everything. Everything.

I always look for the brighter side. Thank god James wasn’t in the garage when the explosion happen. Thank god we made it all out. Now we just want to focus on making things as normal as possible for the kids. Whatever our new normal looks like.
