Cause you gotta have Faith, Faith, Faith

Dear Friends and Family,

I would like to share my sisters story with all of you. Many of you know my kind

and generous sister, Faith Evans and what a hard working, reliable, self- sufficient, women she has been all her life. Sadly,

what you may not know is that she has

been diagnosed with several debilitating health issues in the last two years.

She has undergone three surgeries, and many procedures over the last couple of years throwing her into financial

hard-ship and unfortunately she is facing another surgery this week to hopefully

get her health on track.

With her complex health issues she is

now in a financial situation that would be stressful for anyone. Doctor bills, co-pays, rent, food and supplies are taking its toll on the little disability income that she

was receiving and sadly her disability has run out. Faith is now in a financial crisis

and responsibilities are piling up and

becoming overwhelming. Faith has not

been able to go back to work for the pasttwo years.

My sweet, gentle and kind sister is so

positive and such a hard worker as many of you know. Her family has stepped up

to help her, but is still in need of more

support.
