Cause Cash App. super sucks & stole my rent $!!

Hi, my name is Cindy & I'm raising $ so I don't get evicted. If you know me then you've most likely seen my story on Facebook. If not...here it goes. I was paying my rent via Cash app. & inadvertently sent $1900 to the wrong person...the names are just 1 letter off. When sending it I didn't get the "are you sure you want to send this person $, they aren't in your contacts & you've never exchanged $ with them" you normally get If it's a new person, it just went right thru. In the "for" field I put balance of rent thru April 1. When I discovered what I did I immediately sent the recipient a refund request telling them I needed my $ back asap, it was for my rent & I was facing eviction. They refused my request. I then asked them to send me the $1900..TWICE, they refused both requests. They then blocked me AND changed their name!! So now I have absolutely way to contact them. Contacted Cash app. in app support & explained, in detail, my problem. They told me they couldn't help me, to request a refund & contact the recipient. Told them I had done that, was refused,then blocked & the person changed their name. This happened every one of the 6 times I contacted them. I called them, was hung up on twice, given the runaround & eventually was told the same thing in app support told me. Tried in app support 3 more times with the same result. They tell me they've given me all the info they can to help me resolve my issue. They've given me NO INFORMATION! I refuse to believe that I'm the 1st person this has happened to & cant believe they dont have a fail safe in place to stop it from happening at all. This person basically stole my $. & a multi billion $ company is refusing to help me get it back when their ridiculous business practices are why I lost it. Yes I sent it to the wrong person & I feel like THE biggest idiot but it was ONE LETTER OFF. It shouldn't be that easy to lose your $. So there ya have it. The $ was to pay my already past due rent & now...I'm screwed. If you know me then you know how very much I HATE to ask for help but I don't know what else to do.
