Cats on the Grove is a small group of dedicated volunteers who care for and feed 40 feral cats every day on the Spring Grove Hospital Campus. Our volunteers provide food and basic care entirely out of their own pockets, often spending over $100 per week per person just to keep the cats fed.
Fourteen years ago, there were about 150 cats on the campus. Thanks to the hard work of our volunteers and Baltimore County’s TNR (Trap, Neuter, and Return) Program, the population has been humanely reduced to 40. Sadly, abandoned pets are still left on the grounds, and the need continues.
We are raising funds to help cover cat food, Shelters, and medical care. Our goal is to ease the financial burden on our volunteers and ensure long-term care for these cats.
Every donation—large or small—makes a difference.
Thank you for helping us care for the cats of the Grove.
