Hey guys, my name is Christopher Johnson. I prefer Chris, but whichever is cool. I am a 39-year-old lifelong Fresnian? Fresnoan? Who knows... I'm from the No. Fresno, CA that is. Here all my life besides my time in the Navy. I work at a local hospital as a supervisor for housekeeping.

For a long time, I have been trying to help stray cats mostly, but I would help any animal in need I came across. In this suburban environment, I primarily see cats. I am not satisfied with our community's current animal care, i.e., spay/neuter, adoption, providing adequate housing until a home can be found for the animal—not an 8 x 12 cage. So instead of criticizing, I will throw myself out there. I have registered No Pusser Left Behind with Swyftfilings. Baby steps.

I currently need $500 to register as a 501(c)(3) from Swyftfilings, and that's not nearly everything. Ladies and gents, I'm making this up as I go. I have never done this type of thing before, but I have to try instead of complaining. If anyone has information you think I need, please contact me using this GoFundMe account. The advice would be greatly appreciated.

I also plan on using work therapy programs to utilize and incorporate disabled persons/folks with PTSD, for their own job security and hopefully finding some comfort in saving animal lives. Working with the Veterans hospital would be fantastic. I think a lot of veterans would find peace helping stray kittens and puppies.
