North West STOP

Next year I turn 42, it’s not very exciting to be honest!

As a celebration of my 42 years, I will run 1 kilometer for each year (42km). A marathon in Frankfurt this October!

I bring with me daily a special support; the man in this photo. The marathon is being done in memory of this special man, he was my best friend, he was & is my dad.

I will run the last 15km in memory of him to represent the 15 years that I was lucky to have him in my life. He thought me many lessons - kindness, hard work, being humble & sometimes life is tough. We are fragile as humans.

I will raise money for a charity called STOP who are a local suicide prevention charity.

The first 15km are for myself, the middle 12km are for my kids (12years in the making!) & husband of course and last 15km for dad.

We step forward together in my heart to the end.
