Meet Catnip. She is a sweet and loving kitty who has brought immense joy into my life. At just 10 years old, she has always been a very healthy cat. Her loyalty and affection are unmatched—she loves cuddles and kisses, enjoys being around people, and is famous for making perfect biscuits. From the moment I found Catnip abandoned at only four weeks old, I have felt incredibly lucky to be her guardian. Every day with her has been a blessing, and I am honored to care for her.

Recently, Catnip began acting differently and lost a significant amount of weight. Concerned for her well-being, I took her to the vet, where she underwent several tests. The results revealed that Catnip has diabetes and will need daily insulin injections from now on. This diagnosis was shocking, especially considering how healthy she has always been.

The cost of Catnip’s tests and diagnosis came to an unexpected $800, putting me in a very difficult financial position. While I am committed to providing Catnip with her medication and ongoing care each month, covering these immediate expenses has left me struggling.

Catnip deserves the chance to live a long and happy life—another 10 years and more if possible. The thought of her not getting the help she needs is unimaginable.
